Great food! Nice outside patio and $5 wine specials during Happy Hour.

Onion soup, mussels and homemade sausage were really good. Service could be better - the waiter forgot to bring the spoon for the soup and then completely forgot about the main course, bringing the check instead.

A true French experience! This restaurant's architecture, design including the winding staircase and tile work is very similsr to a much older restaurant in New Orleans called Palace Cafe on Canal Street! The food is by far the most authentic French Bistro cuisine in the Bay area! We had the Steak Tartare with raw quail egg and toast points, Mussels with white wine, spinach and braised onions served with flame heated bread, French Onion Soup then Croque Madame and Nicoise Salad. The complimentary bread was baked with fresh olives! Service by Carlo was exceptional!

Food was great and we had wonderful servers. It was a private party so we were upstairs but I definitely intend to come back.

Loved this place! Service was great: prompt, courteous and friendly. Fish was fresh and the Dragon roll was very tasty.

They have the perfect tartar steak. Haven’t tried anything better anywhere in Bay Area!

Lunch menu was unremarkable considering its price. The lamb roast sandwich was satisfying but lacked in both body and flavor. The cheap drafts and the good service while dining at the bar was redeeming.The experience was good enough that I’ll likely return to sample the (much more interesting) seafood.

I celebrated my birthday last night in this great restaurant. Well we passed a fine evening and the restaurant was definitely the reason for the strong celebration. The team cooperated in a sweet manner, the cuisine was great and my buddies were very overjoyed. We shall absolutely come back again for more celebrations. Thank you very much.

It was cool and they have happy hour on Sunday which I didn't realize had some bourbons and Coke and met a nice lady Good times.

The setting is beautiful. The tile floors, tables and chairs, the art all look like you're in Paris, only with lots of space around the tables and 20' ceilings. Lunch was nice, the fries were hot and crisp.Decent service and the price was actually cheap for the area.

This place has the best french food in the bay area! It's not extream fine dining. It's more of the look and feel of paris! The service is exceptional! I recommend the fondue, escargot, lamb shanks, and ravioli!

Consistently good. At times service needs to be more attentive. Love the salads and French onion soup. Sit outdoors on sunny days.

Food was ok this time around. The chicken was slightly overdone and the onion soup took way long to get to us. The server however, did appologize and compensate us with a dessert.

Really wanted to like it and the raclette burger was good but not much else.

exquisite French cuisine! four of us split 3 appetizers, fondue, mussels, calamari. two got entrees, duck and hamburger, one got the BEST mushroom puree soup. we shared a dessert, cream puffs. everything was delicious. the food was so good we all stuffed ourselves blissfully

I had a great time here for an event. Theres a nice party room for about 30 people. Their steak, salad, and dessert was phenomenal. Id highly reccomend the food here. The service is also excellent. The servers continue to make sure your drinks are not empty and they ensure that the food is correct.

Good food, very good service, value for money is just okay.In essence it's an American take on French food, which by definition is a challenge. The portions are generous and the meat is cooked right, but somewhere between the average tasting fries and so-so "side salad" (bunch of rocket leaves) I got the sense that it's a good place that could do better.The reason I give it 4 and not 3 stars is the attentive, pleasant service.

two days ago was the first time in this place. But It is obviously not the last. We enjoyed the evening a lot with the courteous service, with the finest cuisine and booze and with the friendly pay. We will definitely return there again.

Located in Menlo Park, this is a popular restaurant for brunch, tea and dinner. Prior reservation is necessary, there is sitting both outdoor and indoors. For happy hour, snacks selection particularly the truffles fries are recommended. Dinner menu has mussels, French onion soups, dishes, poultry and beef. Service is excellent

Food is good but service is sloooooow. Yes I get it I was there on Tuesday (which is supposed to be a slow night). But taking 15 minutes to show up to figure out what drinks we need is sorta criminal even in a laid back place like California. Work on your service people!

This is a busy french restaurant in downtown Menlo Park. The decor is reminiscent of a french brasserie. We ordered the salmon and the chicken entrees. Both we excellent. We also ordered two desserts with the waiter returning and advising neither was available. We then ordered an almond cake. It took forever to come, very small and was a real disappointment. The service was ok but was impersonal. We would return be we would not order dessert.

My preferred scene for quality French food. It was so fresh. The place has a great feel to it.

Ok experience. Expected fresher produce ( specifically the fish in the bouillabaisse). Good variety of french dishes. Service was good. Taste was ok. Decor is very nice.

I admire this spot! They provide decent food, their menu is nice, The chef in that spot is very experienced, I like a lot eating all their food. The food is always tasty, the attitude towards the clients is nice. I frequently visit this restaurant and I was never unhappy. I recommend it to all.

The food was fine but it wasn't special at all. For the price, I was expecting much more for the price. The Soup was really nice

Been eating here for years. Love it. Recommend sitting in one of the banquettes along the side of the dining room. All of the food is excellent. One disappointment was the huge size of fruit to dip in the chocolate Fondue. Waaaay too big. And no untensil to cut mouth size bites.

I visit this spot a lot since I work close by. I like how the service is always fantastic and they keep the spot well kept consistently. Prices are reasonable and they serve big portions.

The service was very friendly, prompt and offered great recommendations. The price seems very aligned with the product, if not better. The food was very decent. The ambiance feels like it's trying for a bit more than it is, but is still very pleasant. I'd go again and I'd recommend to a friend. It's good, but there's nothing extremely great about it. It seems reliable and fun.
